Indigenous Sector Practice

Client: Ernst and Young

Challenge:

To develop and establish a national Indigenous sector practice, embedded across all divisions of the business to empower Indigenous prosperity.

Our role:

We developed, from scratch, the purpose, principles and objectives for the practice, and then recruited practitioners to work across the business. The process involved building alliance partners with Indigenous businesses and organisations, as well as those working in the professional sector.

Outcome:

Ernst and Young’s national Indigenous Sector Practice is embedded across the organisation and part of the corporate fabric. It intentionally and thoughtfully applies the company’s experience and resources to work with and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities, and the government agencies, non-government organisations and corporates that support and work with them.
